Rental rates include facility use, tables, chairs, room setup, A/V equipment, electricity, and WiFi. Rental rates do not include catering fees (10% for preferred caterers, 18% for non-preferred caterers or self-cratering fees). Other rental options include stage rentals, snacks and beverage options, and miscellaneous event items. All catering fee details can be viewed on the Preferred Catering page. Additional Staff Support is available and their fee schedule can be found on the miscellaneous event items fee schedule.
*Full Day: 6:00am - 6:00pm | *Half Day: 6:00pm - 10:00pm or 8:00am - Noon (minimum of 4 Hours) based on availability. Any other times must be approved by the Events Coordinator.
*Security Deposits are non-refundable.
