Rental rates include room rental, room assigned tables and chairs, standard A/V equipment, and Wi-Fi options. Rental rates do not include catering fees (12% for preferred caterers, 20% for non-preferred caterers or self-catering flat rate fees). All catering fee details can be viewed on the Preferred Catering page. These fees are policies of the FFA Enrichment Center and will be coordinated by the event's department.
Other rental options include stage rentals and miscellaneous event items. All snacks and beverage service will be performed by the FFA Enrichment Center event's department. All facility and room rental rates are subject to space and date availability. All seating arrangements are based on availability.
*Full Day: 6:00am - 6:00pm | *Half Day: 6:00pm - 10:00pm or 8:00am - Noon (minimum of 4 Hours) based on availability. All other times will be full day rates. Any departure from these times, all large socials & wedding celebrations will be full day rentals from 6:00 AM to 12:30 AM (next day). All room rentals are based on availability.
