LARGE CONFERENCE ROOMS – ROOMS (106) or (107)
The FFA Enrichment Center offers (2) large conference rooms each with an individual square footage of 4400. Each room is traditionally set up with (5ft) banquet rounds that seat up to (8) attendees. The seating for the large conference room can be flexible for up to 240 attendees, accommodating 30 (5ft) rounds of 8 seats. Each large conference room can also hold up to 350 attendees theatre style. Other non-traditional seating can be optional and customized based on the meeting and/or event needs.
Each large conference room offers basic audio visual that is included in the room rental. Basic A/V equipment includes a ceiling projector, 16’ x 10’ screen, HDMI or VGA cable, laptop, sound system and up to (4) microphone set-ups: 2 wireless (lavaliere or handheld) and 2 wired.

LARGE CONFERENCE ROOMS COMBINED – ROOMS (106/107)
With the flexibility of space, the large conference rooms combine for larger meetings and events. The large conference room combined provides a space of 8800 square feet. As a large combined conference room, the capacity can expand to 480 attendees with 60 (5ft) banquet rounds in the full conference room In addition, the large conference room combined can accommodate up to 700 theatre seating. Other non-traditional seating can be optional and customized based on the meeting and/or event needs.
The large conference room combined synchronizes the basic audio visual package that is included in the room rental. The combined Basic A/V equipment includes (2) ceiling projectors, (2) 16’ x 10’ screens, (2) HDMI or (2) VGA cable, (2) laptops, a sound system and up to (6) microphone set-ups: 2 wireless (lavaliere or handheld) and 2 wired.
